Reservation Policy
1. Sites are reserved on day of placing reservations.
2. Reservations for 7 nights or less require one night
deposit, 8 nights or more requires 50% deposit.
3. Deposits for reservations 7 nights or less can be made by
MasterCard, Visa, money order, or cashier’s check. Deposits
for reservations for 8 nights or more have to be made with a
personal check (if arrival date is 30 days or more prior to
reservation), money order, or cashier’s check. If mailing in
the deposit your reservations will be held for 5 days. After
that period the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
4. Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day weekend reservations
are accepted for 3-day minimum only. October and Thanksgiving
have a 4 night minimum unless site is open for less. Special
Events require a minimum night stay.
Cancellation Policy:
- To cancel a reservation booked for 1 to 7 days... You
must notify us 72 hours prior to arrival to receive a partial
refund.
-
To
cancel a reservation booked for 8 days or more... You must
notify us one month prior to arrival date to receive a
percentage of your refund back. Any changes to your existing
reservation must be made two weeks prior to arrival. You will
be responsible for all days booked. If you eliminate any days
upon arrival you will be charged the daily rate for each day
eliminated.
